I work with Sterling Silver, Copper, Stainless Steel, Brass and Aluminum. The colored rings you see in my work are generally a copper wire with a coating that gives it the color. Normal wear will not harm the color. Constant exposure to the sun will fade some colors and with every day wear the color will eventually rub off. My daughter can get a years worth of daily wear before I am being asked to replace her bracelets. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
